Not happy we reported at the reception room smells bad they didn't do any thing wen I book they say its included breakfast in the morning they say no you have to pay for breakfast don't make fool to costomor after they pay to you already and you say no the guys do bookings he didn't know how can u hair some 1 who do don't know what to tell costomor really bad experience and very disappointed

Service in the restaurant was very bad we were more than 60 going there 20 at a time and only one person serving in the restaurant so because of that we were late every day.

The service was nice, staff members were approachable and kind. Rooms were clean, however they one we had was quite small. Felt safer throughout my stay.

It was a last minute booking but we found available rooms which are quite reasonable for the price. The staff was quite friendly and made our stay feel great. It is located in a busy part of town but inside it's like a secluded place. I wish they had more space for parking but I guess the location doesn't allow. But at least they made a plan by arranging secured, overnight parking with a full time security on the next block. I wish they can work on their search engine optimization because when I searched online for "accommodation near me" while I was nearby I was getting places further than it was from me. But it was a great experience nonetheless.

I just returned from Johannesburg on a business trip. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. All I can say is WOW. Super friendly and helpful staff! Im blown away with kid attitude from the security at the door to the smiling ladies at the front desk. I travelled to many many countries around the world and have not found this great service. Well done! And i will definitely stay here again... 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
