RATS RATS RATS. RATS IN THE ROOM! My wife is terrified of rats and this whole experience was traumatising for her. When we complained they would not let us stay for the expected 4 days but instead said we could stay in another room for 1 night only (because the other room was slightly more expensive and we refused to pay more when it is not our fault our room has rats). They then kicked us out just before new years and we had to find accommodation elsewhere. Do not stay here unless you like rats in your room and dirty rooms or are willing to pay a lot of money extra to switch to the ‘nice rooms’ that they clearly use to get more money from people who try to travel on a budget. Manager was very rude and unhelpful.

Room was very average for the price you pay but we tried to overlook all of it till we realised we had rats in our room. We explained the situation to the staff who didn’t seem surprised and offered us to move to a different room if we paid extra, it almost felt like a scam, we had to leave and find another place to stay right before new years. Staff was rude about it and not very helpful, overall a super disappointing stay, wouldn’t recommend:(

The worst accommodation we had in our time in Bali and Indonesia in general. We booked a small room for two people. The first thing we noticed while not even entering the room was the very cheap door. It felt like it was out of paper und wouldn’t close properly. Inside the room, it wasn’t very clean, the cealing looked a little bit brown, like it had mold on them. It also smelled like mold. The sink was outside the bathroom and the bathroom itself wasn’t like a bathroom at all. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t even close and the shower didn’t have hot water. After we found many insects in our room, we had enough and asked for another room. The man at the reception wasn’t helpful and said we could get the room if we pay extra. I told him all the problems we had and he wasn’t even ready to look at the room. So overall the stay there is catastrophic.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The NOISE is crazy. Bar next door finally stopped blasting music at 02:15 then at 04:45 the Mosque starts up. When they finish the roosters, dogs and kids next door start. Nothing in the room worked, and what really was surprising was the kid at reception was rude on arrival and when I asked him to perhaps fix the leaking toilet, refill the water bottle, why the TV, small safe, shower etc didn’t work he wasn’t interested. This was the one time I didn’t read the reviews as was in a rush and has been my worst experience whilst motorcycling through Indonesia.
