Close to Takism Square and not too far from the Bosphorus. That's as good as it gets. Overall not a good experience with this hotel. Didn't sleep as the windows were broken so the street noise kept us awake, housekeeping was not maintained & the bathroom was surrounded by glass without a proper closing door so had no privacy

We chose this hotel because of excellent reviews. The staff who made breakfast everyday was friendly and helpful. But another staff was arrogant and unprofessional. The room was not cleaned on the first day. When I asked about why the room was not cleaned, the arrogant staff made bunch of irresponsible excuses and he didn’t even say sorry. He just said there is nothing he can do. So unprofessional and arrogant. The location was extremely noisy and an elevator didn’t work. Breakfast was the same simple everyday. We spent 10 days in Turkey. And unfortunately this was the worst experience we had.
