For what I paid on priceline, this is the greatest hotel on the planet. The room was spotless with an awesome walk-in shower. The bed was not that awesome. Thankfully, I travel with foam bed toppers. You can backdoor Disney without much traffic if you're heading there. Universal studio with traffic is going to be at least an hour. I made the mistake of planning my trip every night before bed. So, I was mapping the distance to places when there was no traffic. Double the time if you're heading north. If you just want to stay in this area and chill poolside, then this is a perfect spot. Very peaceful and clean property with a very friendly staff.

I've got no doubt in my mind that the "good" reviews are fake. This place is a scam only out to get your money. I checked into my hotel room and noticed 1) urine stains in the bathroom, 2) loose hairs in every drain, 3) garbage wrappings littered on the sofa, 4) a broken telephone and 5) a broken front door lock. We were out of there within 45 minutes. I did not receive a single penny back. What's alarming is that management did not care about our issues one bit. I've tried to call, email, text for days, and not a single person has gotten back to me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Is this what customer service has become? They're happy to have made money and could not care less about an unsatisfied customer. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room we stayed in was a studio. It was clean and spacious enough for two people. Everything was in working order, and the room was clean. They don't do daily housekeeping, but that was fine with us. The only thing we did not like was that it was still so close to the highway that we heard sirens multiple times during the evening and early morning. But the staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, it was still a good stay.

The service was terrific. However, this place is a little run down, it's obvious is a high traffic area. My biggest issue with these rooms were 1 the beds - they were a nightmare. I rarely complain, but I could feel the springs in the bed. I got very little sleep while I was there and woke up very very sore. My only other notable concern was the bathtub. While the bathroom is gorgeous (probably the nicest part of the room) and normally I'd LOVE the tub, which is a beautiful garden tub. My issue was it was pretty dangerous getting in and out of the tub. At 5'1 I could barely get my leg over the tub to get into it. There is no step and the wall is about 2.5- 3 foot off the ground... the tub is also extremely slippery. So I felt this was an accident waiting to happen for someone. My almost 6foot son also said he had some issues getting in and out. We did stay in a studio, so I'm not sure if that played into anything. For the price the room was fine. And it was very close to where we needed to be (which was further out from the attractions than I would suspect most visiting Orlando ).
