We just stayed in the family room number 8 with one double bed and two single beds with our two children 6 and 5 yrs old. The room is a generous size for a family of four. The main downside is the toilet is a separate toilet and shower across the hall which can be seen from the breakfast room! But we got used to this. Crucially it had functioning Air Con. Breakfast is simple but fine. The location is quite good for a short stay as it’s close to the airport (we walked - 10 mins, bit sweaty but fine) and only 10 minutes walk over the train tracks to bars and restaurants. We were greeted at 21.30 on check in and found the staff friendly. It helps to connect with them on What’s App in advance and keep them updated of late check ins. This place is perfectly fine if you’re not expecting 5 star and are on a budget.

It was a disappointment as the room was run-down and old, not like the pictures. The room was in need of renovation with outdated flooring and dirty walls. The pillowcase was stained, the balcony doorknob was broken, and the electrical socket was protruding from the wall. The floor lamp didn't work, and the lampshade was torn. The bathroom was small, and the shower hose was missing its covering. The air conditioning didn't function properly, making the room uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep in. The room was infested with mosquitoes, constantly biting us. There was no safe and no reception available. The staff didn't speak English and lacked professionalism. We had agreed during breakfast that we could leave our luggage at the accommodation until 6 PM. However, we received an unexpected SMS during the day, stating that we had to pick up our bags by 4 PM at the latest. This caused distress, and we had to spend a significant amount of time negotiating with the owner to keep the original 6 PM arrangement. Overall, the accommodation was a letdown, and I do not recommend it. It was worn-out, old, and neglected. It's not worth staying here.

We had booked this Alicante B&B to stay this Friday 1-12-2023. At night we reached Pisa in at 11.00Pm we did checkin. and we planned to leave at 10 AM in the morning Before leaving we saw it’s raining heavily and sewer wind warning so we asked her to stay another hour since it’s raining we couldn’t even walk she told us to leave in rain. Very bad experience I don’t recommend this kind of places for stay.

pretty sure the good reviews are payed / purchased. If you check StreetView, you will see a garbage truck at this place as it’s literally trash. A romanian owner with georgian employee who doesn’t speak english. Reception was supposed to be open until 10 but there was noone there. Breakfast coffee machine is a riddle, room was not like advertised. This place is a scam, yo. Don’t let it form your opinion about Italy. Only worth it if you’re desperate for a quick one-night stay because of missed flights. Even then you will get mosquitos in the room and lived down/damaged appliances, raggetty towels and staff who forgot to clean the room sometimes. Whatever you read in the reviews here, THERE IS NO RECEPTION! These are apartments converted to airbnb but not renovated properly - you get a code you enter to take out your keycard.

We felt very comfortable during the stay. Very clean airy room and friendly staff (the staff can't speak English) with simple breakfast buffet (bread, sweet pastry, ham, toast, tea, coffee, milk, cereal). The accomodation is located on the 3rd and 4th floor without elevator (not so ideal if you have so many luggages). The B&B is very close to the big supermarket and a great pizza place (turn left, don't turn right). You can get some prep food and use the microwave just in the hallway at the B&B which is very convenient if you can't go out to get food. We really like the clean room and bathroom. 💯💯💯
