Hotel is in the great location and has comfortable/big rooms. People who rented the other rooms were also kind to me! The only problem I had was Wifi cause it cut off the last night I was here. From my side it was all okay but there was a new family who arroved and couldnt use internet. It is like a family street and people are so warm/welcoming here. Breakfast was also awesome shoutout to Bar Punto 173, their pastries and coffees are awesome! Definetely worth to eat!

Shocking and shameful experience and failure to comply with the requested refund. Upon my arrival no one welcomed us, automatic checkin not working, telephone contact not reachable, after 30 minutes of waiting when I searched for telephone contact via WhatsApp they replied with messages, we booked a double room and when I try to open the room the I find it occupied by other people, after my warning via WA the owner indicates another room but this too was occupied, in the end she indicates another room and we find ourselves in a single room and not a double one, broken toilet, dirty room, broken air conditioning, at the end Our request for intervention for the solution received absolutely no response. We find ourselves independently looking for other accommodation. The next day at our. refund request after positive verbal agreement in reality nothing is complied with. The next day following our. renewal of refund request the owner tries to bargain and then without reaching any agreement shamefully closes the communication. I am forced to give one star against my will because otherwise it will not be possible to publish the review

Terrible check-in, carried out by the same guests staying in the facility. I spent about half an hour waiting for someone to answer the door (and if no one is home at check-in, you stay outside). I booked and PAID in advance for a double room for five nights but when I arrived the room had not been cleaned, complete with an unmade bed, hair everywhere and an unsuitable bathroom. The problem was "solved" by making me stay in a single room and promising me the next day to move into the double room for which I had paid. The next day the room was locked and I was not allowed any changes. Therefore, we stayed in a single room for two of us for five nights. When I asked for explanations, I got NO ANSWER! The rooms are dirty, uncomfortable and you can hear every little noise from other guests. Terrible location, far from the hospital and far from the centre. THIEVES!

Very comfortable place, well furnished, tidy and very clean. The structure, located on the ground floor, consists of common areas (living room and kitchenette) with 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is no private parking, so it often takes a while to find a parking space. Overall, very satisfied. the only negative note: no interaction with the facility staff, with whom I only ever spoke via messages. check-in is also done in computerized mode, as is the uploading of documents.
