I am a loyal Marriott member with Titanium status, staying at various Marriott properties approximately 85 nights a year. Unfortunately, my recent experience at A Loft Santa Clara has left me quite dissatisfied, prompting me to share my concerns. Firstly, the TV volume in the room was set to a minimum level of 14, which I found to be unreasonably loud. Upon calling the front desk to address the issue, I was informed that the hotel had deliberately set the minimum volume at 14. This response was disappointing, as it did not offer a solution to the discomfort caused by the excessively loud TV volume. As a frequent guest, I would expect a more accommodating approach to guest preferences. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower was inadequate, making it difficult to properly rinse my hair. This added to the overall inconvenience of my stay. While I appreciate the benefits of my Titanium status and the generally high standards of the Marriott brand, my experience at this particular location falls short of the expectations I have come to associate with Marriott hotels. I hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. I urge the management to reconsider the TV volume policy and investigate the water pressure issue to enhance the overall guest experience. As a dedicated Marriott member, I believe in the brand's commitment to quality service and hope that my feedback contributes to the improvement of services at A Loft Santa Clara.

This stay was for a conference. We were reasonably satisfied with the hotel. It's layout is highly efficient, in that every square inch of the room is maximized. The room is best set up for a single person stay. One thing I do not like is that the doors in the room are sliding/farm doors leaving very little privacy. Why can you use regular doors? Also, if you like to stay at a location with nearby food, this is not the place. The only food nearby is in the hotel...the closest sit down restaurant is miles away. Not a convenient spot to stay if you need different food. Stayed here for 5 days...way too long with little food options. Overall, decent place. Rooms are decent and the blackout curtains work very well. :)

Came here for the game and the convenient location to Levi Stadium. The clerk, Duke, was amazing and provided us with great customer service. Although a bit small, the room served its purpose. Overall, we would stay here again.

Location should be higher . But a train waking me up at 5am and 7am is NOT COOL. It's only 1 mile from Levi's Stadium, which is why I stayed here. And it was great for that. Easy 1 mile walk to the stadium. The rooms are fine. But the bathroom situation is strange. If you are to share a room with a spouse, not so bad. But if it's with a friend... Maybe it's not the best. The toilet/shower area only has a sliding door that doesn't close all the way, so there will be smell coming from there..... The lobby, bar, rec area is pretty cool. Definitely a nice little spot to chill once you get back from Levi's stadium. The price was pretty good too. I would recommend staying here for 49er games. BUUUUT just know, you might get woken up early from a train near by. I was in room 102, it's first floor in the far corner of the building, closest to the train tracks. maybe higher up or further to the other side, wouldn't be as bad.

Great location as far as proximity and zero commute access to Great America, Levi Stadium, and biotech and tech. Very good hotel service, and the staff friendly. The room is clean. Train (Caltran?) passes by, so if you need quiet, this might not be the best location. But other than that, the area is very quiet. The hotel is clean and well kept. The gym is well-equipped. You will have a bit of a drive to get to food. Otherwise, you can use the hotel's room service. Everything looks new/is, nothing is dated.
