This little gem certainty exceeded expectations. We stayed here for 4 nights over ADE and it turned out to be such a fabulous find. Perfect central location, we were able to walk absolutely everywhere - super close to trendy shops, bars, cafes, restaurants etc. The service here really stood out - the hotel staff were super helpful, friendly, and seemed truly happy to be there to ensure all guests were looked after at all times. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and the rooms/ bathrooms a very decent size, exactly as pictured. I would highly recommend for anyone that values incredible customer service, clean facilities and wants to be in the thick of the city, without needing all of the bells and whistles that come with 4-5 star hotels. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the amazing Hotel Alp team - keep doing what your doing. :)

Room was small, but we knew that before we arrived. Didn't think it was quite that small. It was clean. Staff is friendly. I did hear them tell someone to not smoke in the building. Great location. Learn the Tram system and you will be great! They carried my huge heavy bag up two flights of tiny steps. No elevator. I would probably check around elsewhere if I stayed in Amsterdam again, but might go back.

The Tram is in Front off the Hotel. You can get everywhere in under 5 Minutes. The Service is the best we ever had. All of them are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and you can sleep well there. TY for the 3 awesome days. N&M

Stay here in 2022 was fine, but marred by a few things. Agree that staff was very friendly and helpful, location is amazing, and room while petite was entirely functional. The stay didn't start great when on arrival we were told that they had accidentally cancelled our payment and we had no choice but to pay in cash. We paid over a few days as we had to make a few atm withdrawals. I didn't particularly Iike having to take out large amounts of cash while on vacation. The room's comfort was impacted by people smoking a few times right beside our room, on our private patio. This wasn't directly the hotel's fault but I wish it was clearer that that space was private so we didn't have to inform people ourselves. Will also add that I didn't love the plastic-y mattress cover that crinkled whenever I moved in bed. These issues, while not major, unfortunately brought down our experience at the hotel.
