Alper Bey Homes

A lot of people do not know where is Alper Bey Homes so tell them to search on Google map for Alper Bey Homes to navigate there. The area is not posh but there was no problem. All local people were nice and kind to us and ready to help us if we needed. So don't let the surrounding fool you. The building name is not Alper Bey Homes it has a different sign board on it. We arrived much earlier then our check in time so the Owner was not in this office. One of the shop keeper across the road called him for us. We were advised that the apartment is no ready yet but we can stay in his office while the room is being cleaned. We were given the apartment key within 30 minutes of arriving (we arrived way too early then check in time). We left our mobile phone in the taxi so the owner helped us to retrieve the mobile phone. It was two bed room apartment with a kitchen/dinning room. There was a TV with local channels, gas hob, oven, electric kettle, tea cups, bowls, plates, spoons, fridge, slippers, washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, washing machine and WiFi. Ask the owner to show you how to use the washing machine it took us a while to figure it out. The apartment was clean and presentable. The bathroom had towels, body wash, shampoo and hand wash liquid. The old bazaar was only 10 minutes walking distance. The local MiGros (local store like tesco) was 5 minutes walking distance however local convenience store were across the road. The local high street was 2 minutes walking distance. I always find Turkish people very friendly and kind. All taxis runs on meter and 20 minutes journey (15km) cost 180lira with traffic and 140lira for 15 minutes (low traffic).
