Very nice staff. Unfortunately room was pretty dirty and dusty. Starting from the cushions with stains, through dirty mirrors and glass doors, till dirty towels on arrival. Towel situation was handled pretty fast by the person on the reception who was very nice and polite. We expected that the next day after our complain room will be clean, but the only thing what service did was making our bed and putting again those dirty cushions on top of our pillows. All in all hotel looks good but they need to clean it better.

Where to even start…. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! It is hands down THE MOST DIRTY ROOM we have ever been to. The most dirty and stained bed sheets, dirty and old towels, broken things, hairs everywhere, AND we found dirty cutlery and old forgotten knafah in the microwave 😳!! Please check photos for reference. They speak for themselves but Honestly it looks 100 times worst in real life. If I could put zero stars, I would. We left as soon as we arrived. They accepted to refund us completely witch is the only thing we appreciated.

When I came I was received with the warmest welcome ever. The owner Rand, who studied at the University of Jordan where I gave some lectures, gave me a cup of coffee and we had a really nice conversation. So precious for a stranger, when he comes to a foreign unknown country! Her assurance that I should contact her for any problem meant a lot to me! The staff is totally friendly, always prepared in helping with anything! The owner personally made a great effort to find me some travel arrangement, even if it was the most difficult period, when everything was booked, she even came because of that when it was not her employment time... She really made all the best and was in contact with all the agencies and my colleague professor to arrange me the best. With such a kindness I felt so welcomed in a land I did not know. The staff is also extremely kind, always there to help and prepare you the most delicious breakfast! They also organized the taxi driver when I needed. The place is just next to the The University of Jordan, the oldest and with the best reputation in the country, so it’s really a place for visiting professors and others. There is even a little kitchen and fridge, but anyway you do not need anything as the staff takes so much care for you. I experienced there a truly warm welcome that I will never forget! Because of such human warmth, for me they represent one of the most beautiful memories of all my travels!
