The apartment is big and modern. Has a kitchen with washer and dryer which was appreciated. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as it doesn't really cater for westerners. Front desk service were very good and went out of their way to assist. There is a lovely seafood restaurant 2 min from the hotel which was lovely.

The room is spacious and the bedding is clean. There are washing machine and dryer(you need to push the buttons if you want to use dryer). All the staff, including the receptionist, are very friendly. Breakfast is also delicious. The hotel is located in front of My Khe Beach. However, there is a construction site right next to the building, which is disturbing the ocean view.

The rooms were clean and spacious. My kids were delighted to play and have fun at the pool. The staff were polite and helpful giving recommendations on food and attractions. Our concierge Will was very helpful to arrange transportation to the attractions.

We stayed six nights at Altara Suites and appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as it is slightly quieter this end of Da Nang beach. Rooms were clean and housekeeping were attentive each day. Breakfast is a good mix of East and West options. Roof top pool, whilst cold, was enjoyable and staff were great up there at the bar. Be prepared to wait for the lifts. Patience! Thanks Altara, we enjoyed your hospitality.

I stayed over 8 nights with 2 adults and teens. Location is okay only, as most shops are on the south side of the beach, not many near to this hotel. My room facing the un completed site of Holidays in, and could looked errie at night Issues of this hotel 1. Lifts are shared with service staff, long waiting time even in off peak season 2. Mattress in needs of replacement, as for our king beds and doubles beds, all are sinking to 1 side 3. Lobby is shared with another So called Luxury Apartment and was tiny 4. My master bedroom walls are shared with the so called apartments and they are owned by different management, and the Altara staff have little control over the noise created by those guests over 2 nights 5. The slippers provided are not comfortable and seemed to catered to one K country people only, not for other nationality 6. My 3 TV setting are set to Korean, and we have to get service to tune to English, isn't this a international language Positive 1. Service staff overall are very courteous especially the breakfast floor, hardworking and ready to serve 2. Cleaning staff also diligent. If you are of the K race, you will feel at home in this hotel. We will not be back.
