Where do I even start? Staying here was a major highlight on our honeymoon. We stayed in the Sugarmoon suite and the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We were able to enjoy laying on the daybeds, and booked massages in our outside area. The service was fantastic - they are very responsive via phone, text, or in person at the front desk. Super friendly. The food for both breakfast and lunch were A++.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our mini moon and had the most amazing stay. Complimentary drinks and wine on arrival and finished off our trip with a romantic candle lit dinner on our private balcony which I highly recommend. Konstantinos our waiter for the evening was really friendly and accommodating. The receptionist Memi was extremely helpful in giving recommendations/making bookings for us. The location was slightly further away so you would need taxi's to the main attractions, however as we spent alot of time in the suite it didn't matter too much for us.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I booked a suite here months in advance through booking.com. The hotel charged my credit card the total balance for the stay and just before I was about to fly the hotel cancelled my booking for no reason stating they were unable to charge my credit card despite them taking the total balance months before. Called booking.com and they said they will investigate the matter but haven't heard from them since (so basically they did nothing to try and retrieve my booking). Apparently this has happened to others who have booked here too, the management team of this hotel know they can cancel a booking and re-advertise the same room and charge double a few months later due to the high demand during peak season. This meant I had to rebook another hotel for a higher cost closer to the time of departure despite initially booking this hotel months in advance

5 stars isn’t high enough. We stayed at Alti in a Junior Suite for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing. Our room was stunning, we were lucky to have a balcony and a private pool on different levels, which both had the most amazing views. Our pool wasn’t directly connected to our room, instead we would walk down some steps to the pool which ended up being the most incredible thing because we were right on the caldera with uninterrupted views. Our room and pool was in our opinion the best room 😍. We spent so many hours in the pool watching the cruises and boats come and go, drinking Mythos and enjoying the sun. The pool areas also have umbrellas if you want to stay in the shade. Special thanks to the staff Dio, Gianpaolo and Kostas who made our stay so incredible. They booked our tours, organised our quad bike rental, made lunch reservations for us, accepted our music requests while we were in the pool. No detail was unmet. The location in Megalachori is perfect as well, 10mins to get anywhere really, 10mins to Fira or Perissa, 10mins to the wineries near the airport. So grateful to have been able to spend such a dreamy 5 days here, we will be back 😍 efkaristo!
