Amazing Stay Park View JVC - Studio With Balcony

I give Park View Tower the benefit of the doubt but their actions came back to bite me in the future so I will leave an honest review. As an ex tenant who luckily escaped from this terrible building I had a nightmare living here. The worse property manager who was so rude and had no communication skills or management skills, made our life hell. So many things went wrong in the apartment and maintenance was terrible, only one of the 4 main maintenance guys knew what they were doing. From the start there were leaks, AC wasn’t working properly and a very bad sewage smell coming through the AC every few hours because the main draining pipe was never sealed so when someone flush the toilet from upstairs the smell came into the apartment.

They are extremely unprofessional, especially the so-called customer relations manager MARWA HABIL, who has the most awful manners and is an extremely terrible person, shouts at tenets and her co-workers, has no professional skills and seems to think that with her looks she can get away with her appalling attitude. This woman tried conning me extra commission on the apartment that I rented, thinking that I wouldn’t notice, however I did, and when I had raised this concern she made up some lame excuse why she feels that she can charge extra commission robbing people. God knows how many people she has done this too. She has a terrible reputation amongst other realtors with a bad attitude and approach with zero work ethics. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE The building will have constant issues with a fire alarm, which would go off early hours in the morning, disrupting all tenants without any notice. There are constant issues with the maintenance team who just didn’t have a clue what they were doing when they were coming to the apartment. They would constantly be sending random men to my door, who just made me feel completely uncomfortable. There are a lot of issues with the apartment as you can see from previous reviews here such as issues with the flushing and water system, damp issues in the apartment to name but a few. THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT After suffering with so many issues in the apartment, I decided to vacate, and when I did, they didn’t give me my deposit back! They came up with some ridiculous invoice bills of suppose said AC bill charges for the year, which I had no prior notification of bearing in mind, I’ve been in the apartment for nearly a year. After contacting EMPower they told me that there is no such bills so they’re unsure how the developer has come up with these ridiculous charges. They are total con artist and thieves and the main person orchestrating this is Marwa Habil. Please avoid this place, or anything to do with Revi development at all cost.
