This budget accommodation may not offer high expectations, given its old and oddly designed building. On the positive side, a good city center location, the room is surprisingly spacious with a full kitchen, a small terrace, and complimentary amenities like free parking, a small thermal bath, pool, and hot tub. The staff, especially John, is commendable (only one staff taking care of 90 rooms. However, be aware of the establishment’s age, potential hazards like low entrances, less comfortable beds, and a relatively high cost when we stayed ($260 per night).

This motel is exceptionally clean, offering three different pool options. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the units provide air conditioning, fans, and smart TV facilities. Highly recommended, especially for its proximity to Rotorua attractions.

Great location and quiet. The whole place needs a face lift. Very dated. The rooms are large and would be better off with a king-size bed. Excellent water pressure in the shower. I'd return.
