The appartment is in a good location, and it was very clean. But I was very surprised when the outside window shutters started moving at 2 am. And they made so much noise... There was also no air-condition, which makes your life difficult when the temprature is higher than 25 degrees in Berlin.

Clean and comfortable. The service was quick and reliable. The only negative point was that our windows faced the roof of the neighbouring building and on hot days the heated asphalt on the roof can make the room hotter if you open the windows.

Nice big flat that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the ubahn. Only two negatives was that the tv did not work properly and there was a smell of fish waste outside the windows, presumably from the local shop. If possible it would be nice if the fish waste could be moved.
