Stayed here back in June and had a terrible experience. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived so I had to stand around calling for help for several minutes. And then he had trouble verifying that I had prepaid, so check in took much longer than necessary. The room was disgusting. It didn't look clean at all. I only used the bathroom once because I really needed to use the toilet, but I didn't take a shower as I had planned to after a 7hr drive because I wanted to avoid touching as many surfaces as possible. The bathroom was dirty and run down.

Had cockroach eggs, but worst were signs of bedbugs. The front desk person did not seem surprised. The place is so run down. We took a loss of money and stayed at the Super 8 Central which was multiple levels better for a few more bucks.

This hotel should be called America's Worst Value Inn. Here is why. We had 2 reservations booked about a month in advance for family of two with kids. On the day, we were travelling from Boulder to Amarillo. We called the hotel and confirmed our reservations and told that we will be doing late check-in. We were told that check-in should be done before 8pm or come next day at 7 am as they close the check-in after 8 pm. We called our travel booking site. After almost 3 hours over the call we were given replacement hotel around 11 pm. This hotel ruined our vacation. Worst experience ever.

The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly but that is the nicest part of this hotel experience. We just needed someplace to spend a quick night on our road trip home. Room was beat up and the outside of the hotel was just the same. Holes in the walkway on the top floor and garbage everywhere. The room next to us was blaring music until midnight. Don't take your family here. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for something livable.
