This hotel needs a major renovation. Almost everything does not work. The phone and remote do not work. The door of the room and bathroom does not close properly. The hair dryer is melted and scum all over the shower. The only good thing is the staff and hospitality of the people who work there. They are extremely nice and full of positive energy.

I don’t know how they are allowed to operate this hotel. I saw the same things on the hotel when I stayed 1996. Nothing has changed. Everything is dirty. Now water on the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Carpets have not changed since 1996. To the person who is in charge, this is the face of Jordan that you present to the world. Have some respect for your country and present something better.

The most disgusting hotel I've seen. I've been to 1 star hotels in Al Balad that were cleaner. Stains all over the bathroom and chairs and carpets, broken and dirty flooring, disgusting sticky and stained pillows with no covers, hair sticking out of the drains, no tissue boxes, kettle is broken, fridge is filthy and sticky. Was forced to stay here after a canceled flight but could not sleep at all and almost vomited after seeing the pillows. The service receives a low rating because there was only check in service, we came starving after being held at the airport for 4 hours after the cancelled flight just because staff didn't know how/want to manage the situation.

The worst hotel you can ever stay in. The sheets and pillows are purely serviced and not cleaned, rug is rotten and filthy, make sure you got your slippers on. The bathroom is poorly ventilated, so yucky and filthy, green and other colors fungus on walls, trust me it's so visible. After showering flooded Floor to be expected, you can't even get out of the shower without jumping outside the bathroom it's the worst experience ever. And talking about the price is way too high for such hotel.

Really not sure how this hotel is allowed to run considering the conditions of the building. Staff is nice but the building, rooms, lobby, food, all of it is very very old and very dirty. The smell of the rooms stinks. I would have rather spent my 10 hour layover at an airport chair, but they did not let us leave until the morning shuttles arrived. Very dirty, would give negative stars if I could.
