Good location for those who want to explore Old Hanoi for the first time but I wasn’t happy with the cleanness of the rooms. It can be better even for 3 stars hotel. However, the staff are extraordinary and they would go the extra mile for the guests. I actually booked this Hotel by mistake thinking it is a 4 stars hotel but turn out to be a 3 stars.

Took a family room which was spacious & comfortable but has no window view at all. Ms Mai was particularly helpful & patient & accommodate change requests. Excellent service by Ms Mai. Front desk counter guys were also very service oriented. Breakfast was average. Convenient location, easily walkable to lake & old quarters.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Amorita in Old Town Hanoi earlier this week and wanted to call out the impeccable service of the entire staff, in particular the concierge Ms Mai, who helped me with everything from my arrival and date change, due to visa delays, to airport pick up to local recommendations. The breakfast was great and the entire staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. Can't wait to return!

Negatives: Room has zero ventilation, it's creating an unpleasant mood as soon as we enter the room. In addition to that the lift and room have some weird smell like how does it smell if we keep wet clothes in a closed room for several days. Positives: This is in no.1 location, many attractions and restaurants are surrounded this area. Complementary breakfast is good. Cheaper price considering it's location. Receptionists are very friendly. Final words: If want a roam throughout day and jus want to use this room for a single night to sleep couple of hours then consider it booking otherwise I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.
