We, two women, chose to stay at this hotel and were very pleased. They are interested in all your problems and try to help you, and you can easily overcome the language barrier. The location of the hotel is very good, as it is right by the sea, and we were very comfortable in the room. It was clean and hygienic. It was also great to have a buffet and many food choices for those who can't eat local food. When we go again, we will choose Amphoras Aqua without hesitation.

We spent a week in this hotel resort. When we arrived around 11.30 am, they accommodated us without any problems and everything went very quickly and without problems. We asked for two rooms next to each other and got two rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean with a nice view. We greatly appreciate the daily cleaning of the rooms and the change of towels. We also got a bottle of water every day. The food was very tasty. breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was always plenty of fruit and vegetables in my assessment very positively. There was always something to choose from. Spaghetti was the best for me. I also appreciate the variety of cakes to choose from. Pizza, ice cream and pancakes were available in the afternoon. There were also soft drinks, juices, beer, alcohol, tea and coffee to choose from. The area was very clean and tidy. I was very impressed by the amount of greenery and beautiful flowers. The water in the pools was a bit cold, but there was one pool with quite warm water in which we spent our days. And finally, a big thank you to the staff, who were always smiling and positive. This is very important for the overall positive impression of this place. Our week was very relaxing and we rested a lot. Thank You !

Loved the access to the beach, food choices were great for a vegetarian and the staff was very helpful and kind. Would stay there again as it was quiet and calm place, loved the little balcony for my room!

Absolute dive with zero hospitality.Front of house rude,(extremely overweight chap and another called Mahmoud with glasses)no welcome on arrival, told to pay for water on all inclusive.No thanks for your stay on departure. Leaking shower, holes in bathroom walls.Food grim, lunch and dinner on repeat for 10 days.Only snacks were pizza and chips- both undercooked and approx 20 min wait in Q. Drinks were served in re used plastic glasses,swilled out by bar staff. Area around pool treacherously slippery Entertainment staff pleasant but actual entertainment poor, darts or yoga then yoga or darts On the plus Pool was great Room cleaner (Mahmoud) fantastic Lifeguards and towel staff friendly Oh, the last delight was the irrigated water used all around the hotel gardens- great for the plants and grass but aroma of raw sewage not the best on your hols

They made my experience of Egypt bad. Requested interconnected rooms they offered 2 different rooms in different buildings. We had 3 kids. The food was horrible. Same rubbish everyday. The showers had mould. I had someone knock on my door at 12.30 in the night for an iron. Which made me feel so unsafe. Night staff at reception is the worst. Staff in general so unhelpful other than the pool staff, they were very nice. The rubbish music blaring in to the rooms at night. Horrible.
