Great apartment in top location! The apartment was exactly what we needed for a nice holiday, despite the weather. It was clean, cozy and really warm. Great view just across the Nemo museum and 10 minutes walking to Red light district. It was a self check-in apartment and everything went smooth exactly as described. I would come here back anytime!

We had a terrible experience at this property. The property is accessed via a key card system on your phone which is connected via WiFi, the system failed on our first night. We were stuck outside of the property unable to get in until 5am. The customer service given by the emergency number was abysmal as we got hung up on more than once. We were eventually placed in alternative accommodation for a few hours (and expected to pay for our own taxi transfers). Then had to phone YAYS in the morning to find out it was fixed. This totally ruined our stay as we made sure we were back to the property within good time as we didn’t want to get locked out again. We’re now unable to get a refund for 1/3 of the total stay or the taxis as the policy only entitles us to the nightly rate. No regard for customer safety, awful customer service, book elsewhere

To enter you need access through the phone. Me and the other guests were having a day time nap and Someone was given access into the apartment, I bumped into the stranger in the hallway and he said on the phone someone is here, turned around and quickly left with no explanation. Obviously not expecting us to in at the time. I have contacted you to explain this, as the key is virtual and you have denied this happening, without asking for more information or following up which is more suspicious and confirms that someone on your end gave this man access into our apartment via the phone (although I already heard over the phone) - on top of this I will leave a honest review. The apartment is in a great location, but it is extremely filthy, old and run down. It's spacious for 3 people not 4 as the sofa bed is hardly a double, but it's very dark, dim and depressing. Also a member of our original booking passed away, we provided the death certificate and the proof that our visit clashes with the funeral, we were told no refunds although this is a extreme circumstance and thought anyone with a decent heart would understand and give a refund under the circumstances.
