I book family room with 4 breakfast and 4 wristband for pools. Book via hotel website. Family room have 2 queen bed with 4 towels and 4 drinking water. The room very nice and tidy. Bathroom have shower and bathtub. The hotel have pool for adult and kids with mini waterpark. My kids very happy.

I've been here like sooo many times. After covid the facilities seems a bit rundown. Many things doesn't work and I stopped coming. However I went there recently and it has changed to the better a lot. Food wise during breakfast has more choices and tasty compared to last time. Previously is was very basic and nothing to look forward to. I sometimes avoid rooms with breakfast package. Now it is more acceptable and felt that its worth to pay. The waterpark functions well and you can use all. The big pool looks so much better after they change the color to blue. Me and my kids had so much fun there. Its def worth the money 😄 They hv paint the room, they hv changed to new aircond it seems. The toilet too. The bathtub function well as well. And not to forget the staff.. very attentive and friendly. My recent stay has been a really great experience. Wish to return soon ❤️

Room was okay-ish standard. One of the power socket almost made my phone charger went haywire, while another power socket was out of order. Ordered pool view but given entrance view instead. Sliding door was jammed, can't be opened. TV only had 6 channels. Breakfast food though a lot of variety but tasted so-so. But kudos to the kids swimming pool + slides facility, my son had a great time!

Stayed for one night and had a good stay overall. Room - a big room but a bit run down and dusty. Breakfast spread - not many options. Mini waterpark and indoor play area - this is a great attraction for the kids. My kids had fun for 2 days. They have other activities as well, like mini atv, atv, archery, and so on. But I did not have time to try due to limited time. Location - great for me as I did not intend to go to the city center. This resort is close to the zoo & other parks, and it is close to the Ayer Keroh toll as well. If you need to visit the city center, this resort will be a bit far and journey to the city center may take a while considering the traffic and the distance.

Room really needs improvement. Wiring job not secured properly and it became safety hazard. Service is ok, food is ok, they have continental breakfast but don’t expect much. Location is ok, close to toll plaza and nearby point-of-interest. But the drive way from main road to resort area needs the street light, it is creepy when you arrive in the evening. This is a great hotel for family with kids.
