If you are looking for 5 star accommodation with hot showers and al the luxuries, this isn’t it. The rooms are simple and have just basic furnishings, sometimes the hot water didn’t work. Some things were in need of repair and updates. But if you are looking to be immersed in Vietnamese culture this is your place! Every morning that we went down for breakfast we were greeted by the amazing Kimtuyet and Zui, and their family! Incredibly happy, welcoming, accommodating, and would go above and beyond to ensure you were taken care of. They made us lovely breakfasts and visited with us. They spoke good English and arranged anything we needed. The street outside the property was always buzzing with everyday locals and big market every morning at 6am with everything from flowers to fruit to fish. There are good restaurants within walking distance and the beach is close as well, although it rained the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to use the beach much! It was easy and inexpensive to rent a scooter and zip around the local area. Our stay was amazing and we loved being in the middle of daily life and culture.

Excellent, large rooms, very clean, good air con and fan. Huge bathroom and refreshing shower. The pool is great for cooling down after a day at the beach. The family that runs it are very friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Laundry service is fast and excellent. We stayed here for 7 nights and we were very happy. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hoi An.

Very good location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Not enough water supplied is the only small issue. The pool was excellent with the hot weather.

What a fabulous place to stay. In a great location near to the morning Market. What makes it a special place is the incredibly friendly family who run this place. Zui is probably the nicest host we have ever met on our travels. She kindly sorted us bicycles/motorbikes/trips to Bana hills and Taxis to and from the airport and also Hue and back. Lovely big rooms and probably the comfiest bed ever. We loved it so much we went back and stayed another 4 nights.
