Stayed for 3 Nights in December 2023. Hotel is well located with easy access to Airport Link train and the BTS line, from which you can easily traverse the city. Located in a quieter part of the city but with plenty of choice of local restaurants nearby and a few bars are in easy stumbling distance. Breakfast was reasonable although certainly not in the 4* category, a simple choice which at least was fresh and the 'Egg Station' with freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and waffles provided a good start to the day. The rooms are very comfortable and kept clean and in good condition, the only minor issue was lack of wardrobe/drawer provision. Whilst this was not of too much concern, it again reflects that the hotel is not quite a 4* more of a 3*+. Swimming pool was a much needed cooling off point at the end of a busy day sightseeing, it is predominantly all under cover/shade, so it is a bit bracing getting in! Staff were all faultless and a credit to the hotel. However, given the location and convenience any minor issues are easily overlooked and we would certainly consider another stay here.

A perfectly okay hotel. The cleaning was a bit sloppy some days, small fridge to cool drinks in. Far from all rooms have a balcony and poor range of TV channels. Good shower, hot water with different functions. However, the hotel is close to both the Skytrain and the Airport Rail Link towards the airport. That is a big plus. There is an outdoor pool.

This was a quick overnight for me and I couldn't have been happier. Location is excellent, minutes from both the BTS and Airport train. Check in staff were warm and friendly. The room itself was fine for the one night, comfortable bedding. Keep in mind the Executive with balcony doesn't have a charging point by the bed. Wifi is fast and complimentary.
