Bad experience for the money we paid! This was a very bad experience for our family where we were a group of 10 people. Supposedly „owners“ welcomed us with big smiles and showed us around. That gave us a very good impression at first but it soon went away. We booked for 4 superior studios and 1luxury suite. For superior studios: each room was different from the other but not pleasantly. The description says each superior studio has a balcony but they gave us only 2 rooms with balconies. Neither of them had any patio or pool view! The AC in the rooms were non functional. They rectified it next day. The drainage in the bathroom was not working so it was stagnating! Once you complained they rectified it next day. The cloth hanger was not fine, they rectified it next day. There was also no phone in the rooms to even call the reception it you needed anything. Each time we had to go down and walk all the way to the reception. Imagine running out of toilet paper or towels and you had to do this. And the wifi was a joke which does not even deserve it’s own sentence. Please have a look at the description of the superior studio - it mentions a telephone line, balcony, ac etc but nothing worked! And mind you we just had 3 nights and tons of issues. For 289 euros ( without city tax added) a night this was ridiculous! Now the deluxe suite - although the suite was itself nice and clean, the bathroom was flooding at the least bit of showering. We even tried to shower extra carefully but were left with totally wet bathrooms. We had to put 2-3 towels on the floor to soak that water in. The sink there was broken and there was nothing deluxe about it. The AC did not work for the first night too and we woke up really hot and frustrated and trying to figure out how to make it work. The next day it magically started working. Now let’s come to the checking out experience. Apart from one lady( who had a fractured hand) the remaining people who received us had completely switched off their good mood button. One of us had misplaced a locker key which we found later. In the meantime, when we asked them for the master key, they said they don’t have any very rudely and magically minutes later one turned up. We also had an hour until our next taxi ride and we requested to hold our suitcases until then in the reception room which had enough space to accommodate our 11 suitcases. They clearly said no and put it out in the sun. For half a grand euro of the collective payment we made this was horrendous. We then insisted and they put it in the breakfast room. While leaving none of the supposed owners who were right at the exit said anything like bye or thank you etc. and no help was offered in order to carry/load the luggage. So beware before you book this very pretentious and super expensive.
