We only stayed here for one night but I wish we could stay longer. The hotel feels like a homestay and is very cozy. We had a room on the third floor with beautiful views over the river and rice field. The room was clean, light and spacious. The environment feels very peaceful, lots of green around and singing birds. The family that runs the place is very friendly, welcoming and will make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious and we ate in the garden next to the pool. Overall I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a quiet area. If you have a motorbike or bicycle you can be in downtown Hoi An in less than 10 minutes. Grab taxi can also take you there.

Wonderful family hosting this quiet and peaceful small hotel. The location is good, away from the busy area but centrally located between old town and the beach. You can get everywhere on the free bicycles provided. The breakfast is always very good as well. Highly recommend. Feels like home.

The best choice during this trip I stayed 7 nights and extended 4 more nights here. This place was a kind of paradise to me. The room is very clean, quite, spacious and well equipped with nice bedding. It also has amazing view facing to green field. Most of all, the host family is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, I felt very comfortable while I was staying here. They provided free bike so that I could go anywhere I wanted to go without any difficulty. The location is not far from the beach and old town by bicycle. They also serve great breakfast. There are different kinds of tasty foods you can choose from. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hoi An. Highly recommended!

There is no doubt that Ancient River Villa has excellent customer service, amazing rooms, beautiful bathroom, clean facilities, and delicious food. The staff went out of their way to help me with directions, tour suggestions, ordering taxis (no grab car services available in Hoi An apparently) and general questions in house. The complimentary breakfasts were made fresh and really delicious. I would definitely come back here next time!!!!!!!
