Had an absolutely incredible stay at the Andaz. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and taken care of. The property is gorgeous and it’s fun just to simply walk or bike around. The beach is immaculately cared for, as are the grounds overall. It’s fun to be able to visit the other Mayakoba properties as well. The vibe is very chill which makes it perfect for relaxing. The Andaz staff are all lovely and accommodating and happy to help however needed. I do wish there was a non-resort store on site where you could grab snacks and drinks to go - sometimes we wanted a quick snack rather than a sit down meal. But other than that, it was perfection! I can’t wait to come back!

The most amazing experience from A-Z! The staff is highly professional, courteous and responsive. There is nothing they say no too! They take care of every single thing you can think of and beyond. It was the most pleasant and relaxing experience ever and we can't wait to go back. Special shoutout to the awesome Kimbo staff for taking such good care of the kids in our group. So professional, calm and loving! We felt super comfortable leaving them there and the kids were all smiles. The resort is tranquil and meticulously maintained. There is staff on hand wherever you go and for whatever you need, even at peak season.

I recently stayed at this Hyatt for a 4 day vacation. The stay and food were great! However, during my stay, my cash was stolen from my tote bag in my room. I reported the incident to security when I discovered my cash was missing. Security took a report and 2 security guards came and searched my room/belongings for the missing catch, and it was surely not there. Security told me they would get back to me by checkout; however, they said the investigation was ongoing at checkout. I followed up via email to the resort and Hyatt corporate, and they have been unresponsive for a month now. Of course, I should have put my valuables in the safe, but I did not expect this would happen in a 5 star resort. Just a warning to all who wish to stay!

This was our second time at the Andaz and it is truly an incredible resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They knew our kids by name and made them feel so special. Every single staff member (and there’s a lot!) gave such top of the line service no matter what their job is. We truly enjoyed the lagoon pool which was quiet, relaxing and perfect for our little children. The cabanas were complimentary at the pool which really makes such a difference in the strong Mexican sun. The staff gave us complimentary fruit smoothies at the pool which was such a nice touch. Our children had the best time at Kimbo (shoutout to the incredible staff!). They loved the games and activities that were planned each day. We had a suite with a plunge pool which was heated and a generous size. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. Housekeeping came every day with a smile and made sure to leave the room spic and span. Shout out to Noah who gave us a great eco boat tour. We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Andaz and we will definitely be back! The Andaz is a remarkable and we are so glad we discovered this gem.
