This guest house is located at a great location just 5 minutes on foot away from the centre of Bellagio. We specifically chose this one as we always like to experience other areas of each village/city, and not only the centre of it. The fact that it is higher up on the hill was breathtaking as it has a backyard which faces the lake and the cities from the other side of the lake. Entering the guest house, we experienced a warm welcome and a very helpful guide around the place. The staff gave us all the information needed and answered to all of our questions about our trip without any hesitation. The room was large with a separated sitting area which included a really big sofa, a small table and a TV. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Everything looked exactly as it was advertised. All in all, a great place at a great location with good people running it. Lastly, the breakfast was decent, it contained the usual things that you can usually eat for breakfast and lots of fruit!

We found free parking next to the building which is perfect for Bellagio. The place is 10 minutes from city center by foot. The garden has a stunning view of the lake. Highly recommended.

Wel maintained guest house, decent rooms but very functional. Not very sound isolated so expect to hear other guests. (Ans also starting cars from the neighbors that leave gor work in the morning). Good breakfast but again in an uninspiring room with a lot of noises (Refrigerator and a washing machine). Steep price for all of this. Old town is a 15 minute walk which was nice.

A nice guest house with a very friendly individual in the reception. The room was more than a decent for a 3-star guest house. The bathroom was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The A/C heating was also pretty good and was releasing a lot of warm air. The only cold thing is the floor but it gets heated up through the A/C. The breakfast was also decent with some nice cheeses, salamis and hams. Coffee is served immediately at the moment you arrive at the breakfast room if you want. Location was decent with a hidden path towards the centrum of Belagio and through very nice Villas and sceneries. Overall would recommend if you plan a low budget short stay in Belagio.
