This hotel stands out, unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons, particularly in terms of customer service. During our stay, we encountered a series of disappointments that made our experience less than enjoyable. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our concerns. They failed to address our needs promptly and effectively, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. Moreover, the overall quality of service, from check-in to check-out, was far below what one would reasonably expect from a hotel. It's disheartening when an establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer care.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I highly recommend taking the negative reviews about this supposed "4-star" hotel seriously. My experience booking two rooms through Expedia and our subsequent arrival and payment were marred by several issues: 1- Initially, we were given a username and password to connect to the Wi-Fi, but when we attempted to connect, there was no option to enter this information. I contacted the reception from my room to explain the problem, but the response was less than helpful. The staff simply instructed us to input the information, abruptly ending the call without resolving the issue!!! It was only when I personally visited the reception that I learned the Wi-Fi connection required the download of an app, which, in turn, required data. Unfortunately, we had only one Turkish SIM card with limited data among the four of us. Consequently, we had to use our own data to download the app before accessing the hotel's Wi-Fi. To make matters worse, the app frequently required reauthentication and would randomly stop working, consuming nearly 45 minutes of our time before we could establish a somewhat stable connection. 2- Although we had not booked smoking rooms, one of our rooms reeked strongly of smoke. We promptly approached the front desk to request a room change, but they informed us that no other rooms were available. 3- Upon entering our rooms, we discovered only a thin blanket on the bed without any sheets. This meager bedding was far from warm. Additionally, the room lacked extra pillows or blankets. Throughout our stay, we encountered two unhelpful and unfriendly staff members who consistently refused to assist us. Their standard response to all our issues was a dismissive "we can't do anything about it." Apparently the reception manager was absent during the nighttime hours. But when we talked to him in the morning, he was as unhelpful as the other staff we were dealing with earlier. While we were at the reception attempting to resolve our Wi-Fi and room odor issues, we observed two other unhappy guests who received no assistance from the staff. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as it seems that problem resolution is an elusive prospect.
