The experience was great. When we are checking in they gave us a drink and escorted us to the room and explained everything. There were a lot of items for free . The whole place had a lot of greenery . It is the centre of everything like pub street,angkor temple,bayon,and lot more . The buffet they give here is also very great . They also gave us drinks when we were checking out . Definitely recommended

Honestly such an amazing time spent here. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. We had booked the three day Angkor Wat tour through the hotel and it didn't disappoint whatsoever. Stay here and I promise you will have an amazing time!

Spent 3 days 2 nights in the Family Suite of the Hotel last weekend. Really fantastic! The design and decoration of the Hotel and the Suite is perfect. My Family love it, and rank it the number 1 Hotel and Suite they have ever stayed with so far. Although there are many mosquitoes, I am afraid nothing much can the Hotel to do, because of the garden design which has a lot of trees and grasses. The Hotel is around 2 KM away from the Town Centre, but it is very easy for people to get taxi via the PassApp. Last but not least, the staff are very nice and helpful indeed. I do recommend to everyone, and it deserves higher rank.

Lovely setting, but out of town, with nothing nearby, so you can't just pop out for a bite to eat or drink. Even more of an issue when the food is so poor in the restaurant; very westernised, with very little flavour. Rooms are a decent size but very dark. Beds are uncomfortable and the air conditioning in our room was barely working. Despite reporting this twice, nothing happened and no one spoke to, or updated us. The Wi-Fi was also extremely patchy in and around the room; literally constantly cutting out. No kind of shower screen or curtain around the overbath shower, so bathroom got very wet whenever you used it. It's a very spacious resort and the staff were friendly. Would not stay here again.

My full 10🌟review was sent to the hotel directly. What I can only say was hands down to them - BEST customer service I've ever experienced (and that's hard to give since I'm a customer service rep). All of the staff are consistently humble, honest, happy, autonomous, polite and always puts the customer first. I never heard a NO during our stay to all our request even when I was hesitant as it is sometimes impossible to grant. The place is not perfect but beautiful. And the customer service made it all worth it.
