Overall, as a tourist for a vacation stay, this kind of rooms, layout and the service is fantastic, especially for honeymoon couples. 😍 a see through 🚻 The location itself is awesome. At the entrance, you have perfume that will make you just try it. Following this, just outside is the unique cup ice cream, that worth your money. Good service of the staffs, from the desk duty, room service, bag handlers and even security force never fail to greed and smile.

Strategic location and close to shopping centers such as Pavilion, KLCC and several restaurants, affordable prices, complete facilities, no breakfast provided, friendly and responsive service. If you bring a car, you will be charged a parking fee of RM 16, but after that it is free to park further until you check out. Great view, close to train station and public transportation.

Choose this hotel for vacation with my mom & my family (3 adults ; 1child; 1 toodler). Good location, near to MRT & Monorail, located in the heart of the iconic mall "Pavilion" area and center of crowded street that make us easily to go for food and find public transport. Booked 1 room for 3 night in executive quadrom. The room was spacious & clean. Definitely will recommend to my friends & family. Thank you Ansa KL

Room is ok but they are cleannnnn! Location is perfect! But service is horrible, I asked them to keep my luggage (because im going tk genting to spent a night there but will returning the next day), the staff insist asking me to open it. They said that they want to take a picture on the stuff inside, so i will not accuse them if something missing. So i told them ok, but i want them to record every pieces of the stuff. Because it wont be possible to recognize any missing stuff if they didnt take a picture of each item inside. But they didnt agree and insist a photo from from the top is enough... As im rushing, i open the suitcase and let them take a photo. Can you imagine how many small stuff (candies,toys) i put inside as i am travelling with my 6yo daughter.how can they identified?? It is not making sense! I have put a lock for the suitcase but why they insist want to take picture.
