I recently stayed at Antalya Suite Hotel & Spa, and I must commend the staff and manager for their exceptional generosity. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was outstanding. The room cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was delightful, making it a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. If you are looking for the fancy jaccuzzi in the room, they dont allow you to use it at night as he sound goes to the other rooms and people complain. The rooms are not at all sound proof. I could literally hear people talking in other rooms. Normal talking, not even loud. So goodluck if you stay here, everyone will hear whatever you say. And the receptionists have the guts to call you and tell you to please dont use jaccuzzi or tell your kids not to play as noise goes to other rooms. One MAJOR issue is there is NO SAFETY for children here. There was a big crack in the Glass Window outside and it was broken. My daughter got a deep cut trying to open it. The receptionist changed our room but this could have been much worse if our 2 year old daughter tried to go near the broken glass. The cleaning ladies dont do the job properly. and the receptionist just laughs when you try to complain and request for a better cleaning. They dont put extra shampoos/soaps, they even didnt take out the garbage from bin one day. I complained to the guy at front desk and he laughed and said its normal but dont worry tomorrow i will make sure they do better. Also, do not be fooled by the "included" breakfast. You will have to pay separate for anything that you get except for 3-4 types of eggs. we stayed for almost 9 nights and got sick of getting the eggs after a few days. eventually, you will stop having the breakfast here or pay extra.

If I could give less than one star I would. I came with my partner and he got food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. The service was bad and the private beach is expensive and just doesn’t worth it. The ‘restaurant’ in the hotel and the laundry services are extremely expensive even for Europe and the room had weird smell and the dishes outside were dirty. Other then that, the balcony Hey has horrible sounds airplanes every couple of minutes and the area is not the best.* Definitely not recommend and wouldn’t be back in this place*.
