Amazing hosts, welcomed with an espresso and an overview of the facilities and tons of recommendations for the city, including making reservations for us for dinner and at museums. Having breakfast on the rooftop balcony was a pleasure, with the 360 views of Florence. Breakfast itself was overwhelming, with so much good food. Room itself was very authentic, very comfortable and clean. Such a pleasure, thank you!

My wife and I spent 4 days / 5 nights at the establishment. Alessia and her companion made us feel like we were at home. It’s a REAL bed & breakfast. So many details have been thought through for our stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. The included breakfast is delicious and has various options. It’s given on the terrasse that has an incredible view on the city, perfect way to start the day. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The place is close enough to the center to quickly access the main « must see » of the center but also not too close so the streets around don’t feel packed and it’s quiet. Alessia gave us many good tips on what to see and when, which restaurants to go and even helped us booking reservation. We Highly recommend this place that for sure is a big part of how marvelous our stay in Florence was.

Worth every penny. The couple running this BnB have obviously put so much time and thoughtful attention ensuring their guests are comfortable. We loved our stay and found the BnB to be very quiet, safe, and relaxing. AC in our room worked perfectly for the hot summer day and the breakfast is one you’ll remember. The hosts provide fresh juice, coffee, fruits, pastries, and just about anything else you could think of each breakfast - all on the rooftop with a view of Florence to remember. The hosts spoke both Italian and English and even helped us with nearby dinner reservations and getting a taxi to the train station. Both hosts thoughtful attention to detail and old fashioned Italian hospitality is something that’s harder to find now, but something you’ll experience here. They are thoughtful, kind, genuine, and set the bar high for BnB hospitality.

This was our favourite stay in Italy! Eleonora contacted us ahead of time to confirm when we would be arriving and she was there to greet us and give us a tour of our room and the property. She offered to help us book any tours and had great restaurant recommendations- Tito’s down the street was one of our favourite meals. The room was large and comfortable, the complementary breakfast was great, and we spent a great deal of time on the rooftop patio. The views of the city at sunset can’t be beat! This is also the only place we stayed that went above and beyond to make us feel special on our honeymoon, and we would highly recommend staying here!
