We stayed in June 2023 with our 1 year old son and we absolutely LOVED it. In fact I have just booked to go again in June 2024 this time with my parents and brother! The staff were all very kind and efficient. The apartment was spacious and clean. The food options were good, always lots of salad, fruit, veg and meat. The pool area was kept clean and the children’s splash pool was quiet and perfect for our little boy who loved it. The hotel is walking distance to a wonderful beach, but there are a lot of steps down to it. There is a little square nearby with a shop, cafe & restaurant although we only went to the shop as we ate at the hotel for our whole stay. The all inclusive drinks selection was good. I’ve been to all inclusive in the past at different resorts and the wine was not nice, at the AP Victoria the wine included was good! We didn’t see any of the evening entertainment but it sounded good and thankfully it finishes at 11pm as our son wakes very early in the morning so we go to bed early! We had a room looking out over the grill restaurant and running track which was lovely. One day I had a massage with the in house beautician which was really lovely, highly recommend getting a spa treatment while you are staying.

I stayed here for 10 days in October, and loved everything about the place. My room was clean and spacious, there were always plenty of options provided at breakfast, and the staff at the hotel were consistently helpful, friendly and welcoming. A particular mention must go to the entertainment staff, João and Jess, who really set this hotel apart from any other I’ve stayed at. From aqua aerobics every morning, through the causal games the set up in the daytime, into the evening entertainment, the enthusiasm and fun they brought to each day was outstanding. They really made my stay, and are an asset to the hotel. With the activities offered, and wider facilities at the hotel (I used the swimming pool, running track and gym), there was always plenty to do, and that’s even before exploring the wider area, which is beautiful. I can’t recommend the hotel and wider area highly enough, and really hope to visit again sometime soon!

Can’t rate this place highly enough, in no small part due to the staff. Nothing was too much trouble (from post it notes to additional aqua aerobics classes) and they all went about their day in a manner that breeds a pleasant holiday environment. Special mentions for Ana on reception (chief lookout for my missing water bottle) as well as Joao & Jess who formed a brilliant partnership on entertainment. Thanks to all of you for making my stay such a positive experience.

I only have one thing to say, awfull and rude staff and people working at the hotel. Throughout all the days I was here I experienced bad service both at the bar and the room service. Things was not cleaned up at our room after the services and it had a disgusting scent in the air through my vacation. One of the days I asked for a strawberry smoothie without alcohol in the bar, and was met with angry face that was yelling at me for minutes asking for something they did not have (strawberrys). All in all it was a horrible vacation with bad service and workers. Never going there again!!

Just had a 10 day stay at this hotel as part of a running training camp. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, a running track, swimming pool, gym, and a cross country course next door. Ideally, it is located with quite a few good restaurants nearby if you don't take all-inclusive food options. We had breakfast, which was great every morning, with a few changes every day, so it's never the same every day. The highlight of the trip, however, was getting to meet João and Jessica, who kept us entertained all week. They are responsible for organising all the activities around the hotel and games to play all day. The perfect time-out option from our training. They were just so much fun, engaging, and energetic to be around. They also helped bring our team closer together and were a major part of our time at the hotel. So a massive thank you to both of them and the rest of the staff.
