I have never felt this unsafe in a hotel before. For anyone that’s seen the inbetweeners movie, picture the hotel they stayed at. It was dirty, outdated, and in a really bad area. The room door didn’t lock and the chain lock was broken. An hours walk from the city centre. No fan or air conditioning, the window only opened the tiniest amount so the room was like a sauna. Toilet barely flushed, shower head was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, as hard as a rock. I would never ever stay here again and I caution anyone considering it - do not stay here!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The outside is extremely run down and dirty. Our room had no fan or air conditioning, which meant we were sweltering all evening. Reception was often left unattended for long periods of time, so you’d be standing there for 10-15 minutes before help was available. The shower in our room was broken, so you had to hold the shower head up yourself. The beds were terrible, and there were no free plugs for charging cables. It’s also extremely far from town, so expect lengthy commutes with Bolt (their local Uber), as wait times are often high and drives take ages due to traffic.
