All recommendations! Room was pretty clean and large, also the view of the Basilica of St. Mary is amazing! Service is great. Place is quiet and very, very warm. If you’re looking for best spot, stop exploring, this is it.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The location of the property is perfect - tucked away for peace and quiet, but still right in the middle of the action. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I had breakfast on my first day there which was nice, but the spread isn’t as varied as some might wish for (the price is reasonable, though). I will definitely stay here again when I return to Gdańsk.

Beautiful small hotel in a really good location. Room was spacious enough and very clean and tidy. Bottled water and tea/coffee available in the room. We had a “massage” there and to be fair I wouldn’t recommend it, the environment wasn’t very inviting for a massage and the masseuse was more doing a gentle rub than a proper massage even though we asked if she could apply more pressure. We had a confusing situation with the reception: when we landed in Gdańsk we took a taxi to the hotel and we were charged a fix price of 77zl as the driver explained this was an agreement between the taxi company and the hotel (very fair price) however the night prior our departure, we asked to the receptionist if they could book us a taxi for the following morning. When we arrived at the airport we were charged 155zl!! So I explained to the driver about the fixed price and agreement but he said that was an agreement with another company, so at this point I wonder why the receptionist called this company and not the other one?

My family and I visited Gdansk several weeks ago. We were looking for clean and convenient accommodations to the old city. We found what we were looking for with Aparthotel Neptun. Our accommodations were comfortable, clean and convenient to the old city. There was a well stocked kitchenette in our apartment. The staff was extremely accommodating. Parking was available at the hotel. There were many breakfast options to choose from. Our stay at Aparthotel was a very pleasant experience.

We love this hotel, especially the location and reasonable prices, even during the high season! We have stayed here 3 separate times, over the last 1.5 years. The location is steps away from all of the main restaurants and old town. The upgraded rooms are comfortable and have nice kitchenettes with stove, dishwasher, fridge and plates/utensils. Serice at the front desk has always been fantastic. Anything that we requested was handled professionally and quickly. Gdansk is a hidden gem and so is this hotel! We will be back again!
