Great location! Loved my suite and balcony. The water pressure in the shower was great, bed was comfy. Our code didn’t work and it was a bit of a hassle. Next code was good! Only get two coffees at the start of your trip for nespresso so we found a bunch and bought them for the machine. Also fantastic that there is a mini grocery store underneath.

Nice enough room but the staff was very unhelpful when we had issues accessing the hotel WiFi. They were directing us to a network that did not work for an entire day. Also, the apartment only had about 5 minutes of hot water which is not nearly enough for a shower, let alone for your entire family. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived (lipstick stained glasses, food caked on), and there were no paper towels. Again, not what I would expect for the price we paid for a luxury apartment hotel.

Location is amazing. It is right next door to a small store to buy some food for breakfast or lunch (if you are an early bird - plan in advance as the store opens at 9h. It is also very well located and close to everything. The apartment is super clean and spacious with all amenities that is needed for a great stay. We were staying at the "blue" apartment and we were so lucky to get an enormous balcony just for us to enjoy the view of the street below us. The check-in at the hotel across the street was courteous and convenient. The premises of the apartment such as escalator and lobby is also spotless clean. I would definitely go back to this apartment and suggest to anyone I know going to Porto.

Quite a spacious and comfortable room with a kitchen. Ample space for my family of four. The sofa bed was already made out when we arrived. The only downside was the bathroom. Since it doesn't have a window to help with the ventilation/ letting out the steam that accumulates in the bathroom after a shower, the bathroom floor is always damp. No matter how much I wipe down, there is no way possible to keep the floors dry. So, don't walk in with your socks on!! They have a fan in the bathroom but it simply does nothing except make the loudest noise every time the bathroom light is switched on. The shower head didn't have any pressure at all. So, you would always need to hold the shower head close to you. Other than that, it was a good stay.
