So far I had wonderful experience. Security personel are very kind and very helpful.. The quality of the building is very good in general, yes it is an old building you can feel it, but that's why I loved it so much because the walls are thick, the flooring are solid.. they try to keep up with modern-day And the in-house internet also rocking! Better pricing compares to my previous apartment, with more benefits. I Has 3 different pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts , jogging track and... kindie place for playing time.. so thoughtful! Lots of expats. And the price value for money is very good! Find your local agencies. I am looking forward to stay here for years to come..

It is located in a very strategic area between elite business districts (Mega Kuningan and SCBD). Quite old buildings but spacious of each unit (approx above 100sqm).

Good enough of the building style, however it is no longer new design. It looks nice and tidy at the front side. This apartment has a strategic location at the adjacent area connecting Kuningan and Tebet districts. More over, it is nearby the famous and cozy place mall of Kota Casablanca. Some people prefer living here to combine their business studio or casual office.
