We had a great time in this hotel. Stayed here for 9 days . Rooms are good but they must clean the rooms daily because it will increase the life of their equipments on rooms. I don’t like the idea of blocking amount on cards for security bc as a foreigner it’s coasts a lot on debit card you must take cash guarantee I’m still waiting for my refund so you people must consider this thing

We stayed for a night instead of two due to our car breaking down on the day we were due to arrive, and were charged only for one night. Our dog got many pets and a few treats at the reception too! The check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy, the room was clean and comfortable and roomy enough for a baby cot. The car park is small and the car elevator surprised us but great for peace of mind and not as expensive as I thought.

Our stay at this hotel was generally positive, thanks to its excellent location with convenient transport links, including easy access to Stansted Airport. The recently renovated rooms were well-appointed with modern appliances, ample cookware, and cutlery. The bathroom was equipped with all the essentials, and the individual card access to both floors and the hotel itself added a layer of security and convenience. However, our sole disappointment was the inflexibility of the staff. Initially booking for three people but later changing our plans to stay as a duo, we extended our stay by an extra night for two people. Before check-in, we requested the administrator to modify our reservation from a triple room to a double for two nights. Despite the hotel having available rooms, our request was denied, resulting in a nonsensical scenario: spending the first night in one room and the subsequent night in another. This not only inconvenienced us but also created unnecessary extra work for the hotel's cleaning staff. It's worth noting that there was no need for a refund; a simple adjustment to the booking would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the administrator we dealt with was unyielding and unhelpful. In contrast, the evening administrator was notably polite, inquiring about our day and wishing us a good night—a small but appreciated touch. In summary, while the hotel boasts a favorable location and modern amenities, the lack of flexibility from one staff member marred an otherwise comfortable stay. We hope the hotel considers improving its customer service approach to ensure a more seamless and accommodating experience for future guests.

I loved staying at this place!! Lovely location; easy access to trains and tube, big mall right by, and a lovely looking neighbourhood. The rooms were cozy, though a bit small. However, that did not stop the amazing experience. The service here was excellent. Ashley, one of the employees, was so kind and sweet to us. He helped us find excellent shopping locations and places to be. Wonderful service!!

We stayed at the Adagio Stratford for 5 nights and had a great stay so we will definitely be back. The rooms are very modern, clean and practical. Plenty of storage space and everything you need to cater for yourself (well equipped kitchen). The gym also has everything you need for a little workout. The location is nice as you can walk to the Westfield, Underground/DLR and have a Sainsburys around the corner. The receptionist Ash was very friendly at check in and check out. Thank you very much!
