My feedback extends beyond the hotel to encompass the broader Paris experience. Travelers should be mindful of the unexpected nuances that the city may present. The hotel rooms, contrary to their portrayal, are notably compact, and the staff's adherence to the promised cleaning schedule has been less than satisfactory, with a tendency to offer excuses instead of solutions. As for Paris itself, anticipate an additional daily tourist tax of 8 EUR per person if staying in what is purported to be a 4-star establishment, a fee that, notably, does not cover public transportation costs. Furthermore, the closure of the metro on weekends may affect your mobility around the city. While Paris has its undeniable charms, the current costliness can detract significantly from the overall experience.

Get your own private apartment in Paris. Experience life as a Parisian. You'll find most commodities here. Live in Paris long enough to visit all the tourist attractions and historical sites. Don't miss anything. Rent an electrical vehicle and keep a tiny carbon footprint as well.

The only saving grace was the check out agent who was empathetic. The rest was just — pathetic. Multiple shortcomings. Room booked was not available. Soap holders were not even attached properly. Toilet buttons came off. Haven’t this property heard of silicon seals? Doors fail to shut properly. Dust everywhere that is out of sight. Table was so unsteady that it ruined lunch. Housekeeping was informed and we summoned management through the housekeeper. No one came.

Amazing location (near Bercy Village where you can find the subway 14, nice restaurants, shops and a big movie theatre, and close to one of the most beautiful parcs of Paris). Comfortable rooms nicely decorated. Decent breakfast. My kids also appreciated the board games and the books they could borrow. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The only negative point is the cleaning service. They only “clean” the rooms once a week and provide a low quality service. Too often they forgot to wash the floor, didn’t clean the bathroom, didn’t change the towels, or neither the bed sheets. The direction is aware of the problem because a lot of clients complained about it but they don’t do anything to fix it.
