My experience was very pleasant. The Staff was very attentive and responsive. My impression of the hotel is modern sleek. My room was very spacious and the decor was modern as shown as the photos on their site. Aparthotel Adagio Paris Opéra is centrally located in prime location close to the Opera, Museums, Landmarks, Restaurants and top luxury shopping centers and local design. Based on my recent experience definitely recommend this hotel for your next leisure or business trip.

The location is great!! However the floor is not carpeted and during winter it is very cold.. shower was so weak and we happened to get a disable shower and plus the cold floor… you can only imagine… later we found out that we need to ask the reception to increase the temperature in the room.. and finally not freezing in the night but then… three times of false alarm around 6 am 🙅🏻‍♀️

I keep coming back to this place over ten years and would probably do so in the future because of its location. I do not want to negotiate/argue on the spot while I am there since it would be far more stressful than it already is. So, I am writing this hoping to see improvements next time. 1) Max temperature setting at 20 Celsius degrees is understood. I requested for an extra blanket, but it was denied at the front desk. The front staff told me to call him when I feel cold so that he could turn up the heater. I didn't as I knew that it's done only for a very brief period of time, and I would have to keep asking numerous times (as I experienced last time I stayed in January 2023). I wonder how I should deal with this issue in the future. 2) I paid for a late check-out. The front clerk assured me that I wouldn't be bothered by the cleaning staff at 11:00 (which is the normal check-out time). A cleaning lady knocked on my door at 11:30 and opened the door with her key without waiting for my answer. This happened in the past and I complained. Was the information shared amongst the staff? It's very annoying that I have to keep pointing out this problem. 3) A divider/partition between the shower and the toilet was absent. It's quite inconvenient as, If I wasn't careful, the shower would sputter and the floor would get all wet. Was it in the process of restoration? Why were we assigned to such a less-than-perfect room?

The best thing about this aparthotel is the location. Any other else is really really sucks. The hotel is under renovation, and they didn’t even bother to inform us. I have a severe dust allergic so I have to take my allergic medicine everynight thanks to you :). I understand that many aparthotel is not cleaning the room. But I really didn’t expect the sink in the main bathroom cant even drained. So I have to brush my tooth at the sink in the kitchen :). Also, what kind of 4 star hotel that don’t even have an umbrella, and an additional bath mat 😂 it is so disgusting to use the same dirty bathmat for several days. Won’t be back for sure. Thank you for the experience.

We stayed 10 days in Room 311, facing street rue Godot de Mauroy during December 2022. It was a room with a murphy bed secured to the floor. The space comes with a desk, lots of closet space and a clean kitchenette. The first day, the heating was off and we noticed a sign that said that the hotel was following the government directive to keep the room temp at 20 degrees celsius however it was not that temperature. It was more like 12 degrees celsius. My husband woke up at 2:30am to talk to reception on how cold the room was. The next day, we spoke to Ludovic who did get the note from the night person and they provided us with a heater. The next 9 days were better. However, being in the city, you will hear a lot of construction noise during the day and at early mornings, - garbage & cleaning trucks. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the inner courtyard. All reviews will tell you that the location is excellent. Walking distance to amazing local boulangerie (Gosselin), Paris Auber Brasserie and Carrefour Cite. We loved the Paris Opera district for it's ambiance and safety. Like any other big city it's noisy so be prepared. The staff are amazing, always friendly and willing to help. There is a laundry area and small gym. We did not use the breakfast service which comes with a fee. Overall, it's an okay place for short term. The hotel needs a good refurbishment
