A beautiful mini apartment located in a very good location close to the center and all the attractions to visit.. If I were to return to Barcelona I would love to stay at Allada Apartment

The apartments are very clean and the check in is quite well organised, but the location is a bit noisy and I think the other guests didn’t respect the rules with silent hours etc. Maybe a better control on that should be implemented

I stayed here 29 April to 2nd May. The room was really nice and clean, working wifi and good location. Had a room to store bags and toilet after check out which was really handy. On arrival the Main reception to the apartment was closed and we were required to go to a different location 30 minutes away. The deposit of €350 was required and paid on arrival which was unexpected and I was told this would be refunded on the day of check out. It’s been a working week since this and I still HAVE NOT received this. I have rung the hotel and emailed them but each time I get through on the phone I get told the phone lines are not working conveniently ! And still no email reply ! I am still waiting for deposit to come back and yet to hear from the hotel. Not impressed at all as the deposit is nearly as much as the entire stay for 5 people !

Haven’t even arrived yet but I can tell you that they have a very limited service both on email and phone. Very quick to take deposit to arrange self check in but if you ask questions they just don’t get answered. Also, the manager says in posts that you can request a mattress topper but if you do you won’t get a reply. Also, I’ve asked if there’s a mop. No reply. And I asked if we have a full kitchen as we have a superior apartment but again no reply. Very poor service. I arrive midnight/just before this Monday 22 august if anyone wants to answer my questions. Vina Sylva

Our stay was alright, the room was nice. The air conditioner worked fine, the wifi didn’t work and we had to use our own phones to work out what was around the area. On arrival they charged a €350 fee incase we damaged the room which I thought was excessive as the room was €550 for 2 nights and wasn’t the nicest room. They were also not ready for our 2pm check in, but made up for that with a bottle of wine which was tasty. Initially they said the €350 would be transferred and in my account the day we leave, it’s now day 10 (business days) and still no money. I’ve emailed asking where the money is if they can check what’s going on with no response. This was the only place we didn’t pay upfront with the booking and they don’t tell you you need to pay €350 upfront as insurance instead of taking a card detail. (Would make way more sense) . Just take note of this as 12days (10 business days) the extra €350 hasn’t been refunded with no response from the hotel.
