Overall the room and location was very good. There were only 2 issues: 1. The lock was not working from inside though the building as such is guarded 24/7. 2. There was a water clogging issue in the bath tub.

A nice hotel in Prague. The place is strategic, not to far from metro station, from shopping malls, and from fast food outlets. They also serve pick and drop service from Vaclav Havel airport as requested. The controlling staff may come to check and provide you some travel brochures, as requested. The security staff stays on ground floor, watching CCTVs, but doesn't wander around the floors -- so if you have any problems in the room, you definitely would have to go down. The room itself is spacious. I rented a room with one bedroom, one bathroom, one separated kitchen, and one big living room. Most of services are good, including tap water that you can drink from (I trusted this water source, rather than other common water source in Prague). The window in the room can be opened, in case you may need to adjust the temperature. Would love to recommend it to anyone want to stay in Prague for couple days.

This is actually part of a very modern upmarket block called Prague City Apartments and most of them are privately owned. Well equipped and comfortable on a somewhat basic level and very convenient for Andel metro and a large shopping mall. Good place to stay if you want to get away from the crowded confines of the Old Town.

The reception entrance and the one to the hotel are separated by an underground parking entrance, so don't get confused if an elderly security person within the hotel building doesn't understand english. But they are all nice. The hotel is consisted of abundance of apartments of various sizes, but are furnitured exactly the same, also are rather spacy and with a balcony. I think all of the rooms share the same Wifi password (but different routers) which has not been changed in years, but with no impairment to signal so that's okay. The staff was rather nice and helpful, but once you're within the apartment you're left to your own devices, so you don't get to converse with them that often anyway. The building of the hotel is donut shaped with I think 8 floors, and the area around it is mostly business related, so there's literally no view of anything besides offices across the street, unless you climb the top floor and try to catch a glimpse of some cityscape through the hallway windows.
