Terrible staff we contacted to book for 4 people for more than 12 days they confirmed availability but asked us to pay via booking or Airbnb and we had specified that we were coming from abroad and that we wanted to pay by bank transfer or at the entrance but they refused to support us and help us in any way I tried in every way to find a solution as a customer but they always found an excuse to tell me no that I could only pay in advance via booking or Airbnb the lady was very rude and rude in speaking with customers

I no longer remember the apartment upwind or downwind, on the other hand it's easy to get confused with such similar names, the same cleaning ladies who enter the house at 7.30 in the morning while you're sleeping are wrong, they scare everyone and start yelling because... .??!?!!.. why are you shouting at the customer if you were the one who had to clean the leeward and not the windward or was it the other way around? The fact is that the mistake was theirs and they didn't even apologize. However, the house was spacious, large rooms, recent renovation, new furniture although of poor quality... but that's where the advantages end. The occupants of 4 beds out of 6 in total, having no shutters or blackout curtains, were woken up by the light at 5:30 in the morning. The kitchen had 4 glasses (again for 6 guests), 1 saucepan where cooking 300g of pasta was an arduous task, 1 pan and 5 very useful lids, almost one per guest!!! Furthermore, the very convenient induction hobs cannot be used with normal pans. Normally if you choose a house with a kitchen it is because or because of a child or for other reasons 1 or 2 times during your stay you need to use it and those 2 or 3 times you should have the minimum equipment necessary to use it. the apartment was in any case in a good location about 600 meters from the old city and with 2 multi-storey car parks nearby... it must also be said the internet connection was good with FTTC of about 80 Mb per second. Some blackout curtains, an eye and a check on the equipment of the house and more "distinguishable" names for the apartments in my opinion would earn another 2 or 3 stars!!!
