Very well equipped room. I like the toilet which has warmer and dryer functions that can dry up your washed clothes. You don't have to bring so many clothes for a trip because you can wash your clothes everyday if you stay here. The room is comfortable enough for a couple. The environment is very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was cozy but enough space for what we needed. We cooked breakfast one morning and they had all the cookware we needed. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels.

Pretty nice stay! Good room, good bed, good location! Nice to have a washing machine so that we could was our clothes after an already long trip in Japan. If I had to complain about one thing is that the walls are very thin and I could hear the neighbour snore all night. I should’ve bought earplugs.

This is not an hotel but a condo. Our flat had very poor forniture and a terrible smell coming from the bathroom... No room for clothes and no chairs at all!! This place made me feel sad; general atmosphere is gloomy. There is no reception in the building, therefore no one to call in the event of an issue (there is no phone in the flat). No slippers provided, no shower cap, no extra pillow. Razor and toothbrush upon payment. There is no cleaning service. You can find better places in more central location.

Simple, modern, clean, and very functional in a quiet but convenient location. - Very quiet and nice local area - Not central, but about 10 min walk from Tofukuji station for relatively easy getting to tourist spots - Also around 10 min to some local restaurants and convenient stores - Very nice bathroom with great hot water pressure - Very comfortable bed and couch - Great small kitchen for some simple meals - Shared bike spot at the building which is great to use to tour the city as Kyoto is very bikeable The check-in process is 5 min walk from the building but it's really not a problem.
