Comfortable well equipped apartment. Far from centre of town

The key handover was easy, quick and without any problems. That's actually the only positive thing I can say about this apartment. The apartment itself should perhaps be renovated and refurnished. The bed only looks beautiful in the pictures. The mattresses are incredibly saggy and have real hollows. The pillows are almost non-existent because they are so thin. The kitchen is very old and the handles on the kitchenette are almost too disgusting to touch. I don't even want to start with the existing kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery. The floors in the entire apartment are more or less broken, and the tiles in the bathroom are broken. The shower cubicle gets stuck when opening and closing and the bathroom is generally not particularly clean. In some cases you can find long black hair from past residents. The apartment heats up very quickly, which means you either have to use the fan or leave the window open all night. However, this is not recommended in this area as the street is very noisy. All in all, I don't see how to rate the apartment any better. Something really needs to be done here!

I recommend it, good transport links. There are supermarkets nearby. The apartments have everything you need: iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, kitchenette.
