One star is far to high for this place. In the three plus years I lived here a man was murdered, my wife's car was broken into many times and then stolen. There were multiple police raids of appartments. Not to mention more than 50 times a year people would shoot off mortar fireworks at the pool right next to multiple buildings. What did management do about any of this? Nothing. The leasing office is also impossible to reach. They will not answer the door nor will they answer phone calls. But when my wife and I decided to finally move out management tried to make us pay lease termination fee along with still being rent responsible. Management forgot to mention that when we moved out squatters moved in. So they tried to illegally make us rent responsible. Then when we payed the termination fee they harassed me about paying it again. Two weeks after the payment processed they demanded another payment. So either they are too incompetent to check their own work or they are so crooked that they try to gouge money from people. NEVER RENT HERE.

The security they say they have is a joke, college students get a discount and are having parties during the week not caring neighbors have work in the morning. Complex lighting that should be working for safety are always broken, so we walk around in the dark. Cars are always getting broken into and being left on bricks. So on top of paying high rent, make sure you. An afford to fix and replace parts of your car. The photo is from a car parked inside the complex, this is the 6th car in three weeks. They have the worst customer service, they seem to never be in or they never call back. I've called their financial office to talk about my rent and two weeks later I've still haven't gotten a call back. They are almost never in the office, if they are they leave the blinds closed and lights off so it looks as if no one is in. Paying online sucks the website has taken the option for me to pay my rent and now I have to wait to see if anything gets fixed or if I will ever get a call back. To the picture attached this is on one of 12 that have been left on bricks.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! After paying my deposit and being approved for my apartment I was later told that the apartment THEY put on the market was not able to be rented out… keep in mind I’ve gone through the whole process of filling out my lease paying my deposit and everything. I was then told my original price could not be honored even though they were at fault for the apartment no longer being able to be rented out. In order to get a hold of someone they give you a run around , all in all I do NOT recommend moving here!!!

WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. After fighting for them to approve my lease for over a month, they towed my car after I arrived to move in and found someone else parked in the paid parking spot they gave me. I had to not only move my stuff out of my car that was 200 yards away, but on top of that, I would have to pay over $400 for it after the towed me. They did nothing to help with the car parked in my spot and did this to me on my first day living here. WHAT A JOKE. I can not believe the way these people conduct themselves. Also, before you guys reply to my comment saying "you didn't have a permit" like you have with everyone else, you people did not even help me understand where to locate them when I arrived. It's absolutely ridiculous and a complete shame that this is how you treat your new residents. -1000/10
