We had cockroaches the whole stay. Our room was a 10 minute walk from pool area which in the heat and many steep stairs with a 5 year old was a real chore. Apartment ac was either on or off, no adjustment. Apartment itself was ok and cleaning was great from hotel cleaners. Hotel itself was what you’d expect from this kind of TUI holiday. Bit on the large side for my liking but they were great with the kids. All staff very friendly and food was varied enough to keep things interesting for the duration. I was actually surprised how good it was.

Perfect place for family and leisure. It has options for everyone from kids to couple. If parents want spend time alone they can leave kids in kids entertainment group and can have their own space. Lots of activities to do.Beautiful location to relax .

Extremely good for vacation with childrens. Some small disadvantages compensated by kids services. Cons: Comparable old rooms required some renovations. WiFi signal in rooms is available but could not be connected and, unfortunately, no reaction on many claims for this issue on reception. Pro: Amazing (!!!) childrens animation group (4-6 hrs per day + lot of other activities like disco, swimming school, etc) , lot of activities for adults as well. Perfect location with easy connection to cities, zoo, aquarium and shopping centers. Cleaning was good as well. Note: main animation languages are english and swedish. Some guys could speak finish, german, etc. Pretty useful app for activuties booking. Some shops and restaurants inside and outside Summary: despite of WiFi and rooms state I would defenetely recommend all 4 hotels for vacations with childrens.

Great venue for a sun soaked holiday with the family, great for children. On arrival having been delayed by a late flight the team could have been more helpful in finding our apartment, but they did open the restaurant for a cold supper. Having found our apartment we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom and another in the kitchen area, but you must expect this apparently. Being full board I was pleased with the choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality. The inclusive drinks as expected are low quality but adequate, however the staff could be more helpful when things are empty. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, a few very unhelpful. The restaurant is a battlefield, being a party of 6 and tables being set for 2, 4 and 6 it was frustrating to not be able to get a table, due mainly to inconsiderate people in smaller groups occupying the larger tables. The entertainment is very good for the children and younger ones. Overall a good family holiday but don't expect 4 star service.
