I thought this place was very good. Very nice apartment,with adequate facilities,cleaner's were in every other day. I felt we could have had more towels though! We were only supplied with one hand towel and one medium bath towel that needed to be put outside each morning to dry after your morning shower. We heeded to shower before getting ready to go out in the evening because we had been sunbathing during the day and dined out each night! The people on Reception were very nice, but one thing bugged me and that was, no iron in the apartment! I asked at reception and it was 5 Euros per day or 15Euros per week! I didn't bother as I have never come across having to pay to use an iron and for 15Euros per week I could go out and buy one! The next day an iron and ironing board turn up outside our apartment. I checked out with the two lovely TUI rep's as to what had happened, they said just keep the iron until I'd finished with it that there would not be any charge! You had to be up early here to grab a sun lounger and lay out your towels because it got very busy and sometimes folk's would find all the loungers had been set up and occupied. Some loungers too were very well used and very uncomfortable so you needed to go through them. These apartments were located in a great spot, a short walk down to the waterfront and all the restaurants and entertainment. There was a local supermarket too just a few minute's walk away for all.your groceries. Definable recommend this place.

Stayed here for a week at the end of October. Rooms are lovely and spacious, with 2 large pools, a small pool for younger children and a splash area. The staff are lovely and always smiling. The food was nice from the snack bar and ice cream tasted lovely and was cheap. Only downside was during the time we were there, there was entertainment for 2 days and no kids disco (which I think would have been great for the families there) but I know its end of season. The kids loved the foam party. The accommodation is up a hill, not overly steep unless using a wheelchair/pushing a pushchair then it may seem like walking up part of everest 🙈 but only 5 minutes away from plenty of bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a great holiday here and would love to come back

Love thses apartments, bight and spacious. The staff are lovely and friendly. They clean your room everyday with fresh towels aswell. It's only a 5 minute walk to the main strip so it's the perfect location.

Just got back from having our first Christmas in Puerto del Carmen. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for myself, husband and seventeen year old son. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. It had everything you needed in the kitchen area. The room was cleaned daily and new towels given. Bedding was changed twice during a week stay. The only fault I could find was that the towels were very dated and could do with getting new ones. The pull out bed in the living room was very close to the floor so my son just slept on the sofa. There are three areas to sunbathe in. A heated pool which was situated near the restaurant which got busy. The other pool was not heated so the water was freezing but much quieter which my family preferred and lastly a water play. All areas had lost if sunbeds. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The apartments are a short walk to the sea front with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to others and wil be returning next year.
