No one to welcome us when we arrived, no response to our messages. Fortunately the neighbor was there otherwise we slept on the street in the storm. Edit after response from the owner: we booked on Airbnb. It was not written anywhere that there was an intermediary booking agency, we don't even know the name of this mysterious agency you mention. Understand that from our point of view, we booked directly with you through Airbnb. If you are not the one managing your Airbnb profile, it would have been honest to indicate so so that we know who to contact.
