Lovely place to visit. Did this as part of a Day tour of Five Islands from Split. We managed to spend 2.5 hours here to explore and enjoy lunch. Head up main Street and climb the 156 steps for excellent views over the rooftops leading out over the harbour filled with boats and yachts.

Highly reccomend for 3 nights / 4 days. I highly recommend you do NOT waste your money going to Carpe Diem beach club. It's the biggest rip off on the island Try all the difference beaches and water spots. Rent a car or buggy for a few hours ( only go early morning or evening it's too do ) Rent a speedboat or go for a boat cruise

What a mesmerizing beauty this island has! Clean, pristine waters, blue colored sky up and blue colored water I mean seriously felt like it's all edited but no. You need to visit this to experience it. One of the best Island in Europe.

I love Hvar, the sea, beaches, food, weather and even people are pretty good! To get real authentic meals you kind of have to look past the touristy area. Bol is also beautiful, the water in Hvar and Bol (and pretty much everywhere is gorgeous). Best to rent car and drive up and down the coast. Try out "Sail Week" trips! June-September. Very cool! see lots of different islands! Meets some cool people.
